TERMS OF SERVICE

The agreement, in plain English

What Bluebell is, who the contract is with, and what each side is promising.

LAST UPDATED · 12 September 2026

Who you are dealing with

Bluebell is operated by Bluebell AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17183714, registered office 43 Roupell Street, London SE1 8TB.

Who the contract is with

Bluebell is used by students under the age of 18. A subscription may therefore only be bought by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, and that adult is the customer under these terms. The student holds the account and uses the service, but the contract, the payment and the right to cancel all rest with the paying adult.

What the service is — and isn’t

Bluebell is an online revision tool that uses artificial intelligence to tutor students in GCSE and A-level Maths and Science, and to help them prepare for university admissions including Oxbridge interviews and the UCAT. It is a study aid. It is not a school, not a qualification, not admissions advice, and not a guarantee of any grade, score or offer.

AI responses can contain mistakes. Bluebell is built to reduce that — it works from the real exam board specifications and is designed to guide rather than hand over answers — but students should always check important material against their teacher and their own notes.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time. See our cancellation and refund policy for exactly what happens and when.

Acceptable use

An account is for one student. Please don’t share login details, attempt to disrupt the service, or use Bluebell to produce work you then pass off as your own where your school or exam board prohibits it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

See our AI policy for how the tutor works and what is sent where, and our privacy notice for what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.
