Leaving should be as easy as joining
No notice period, no retention call, no dark patterns. Here is exactly what happens.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel any time from the billing portal, linked on the account settings page. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and nobody to phone.
When you cancel, the subscription stops renewing. Access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the account reverts to a free, locked account. Nothing is deleted — progress, mastery and history are all kept in case you come back.
Your 14-day cooling-off right
Because Bluebell is bought online, UK consumer law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing and receive a refund. Where the service has been used during that period, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the use made of it.
Refunds after the first 14 days
We don’t automatically refund part-used months after the cooling-off period. But if something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, the service was unavailable, or you were billed after cancelling — contact us and we will put it right. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment card via Stripe. Card issuers typically take five to ten working days to show the money on a statement.
Switching plans instead
If Bluebell is useful but the plan is wrong, you can move between Lite and Pro in the same billing portal rather than cancelling outright. Billing adjusts automatically for the part-month.
