Why study Physics?

Physics is the big one. It explains why things fall, how light works, what electricity actually is, and how the entire universe holds together. Every bit of technology you use exists because someone understood the physics behind it. It's challenging, but it's also properly cool.

Every screen, speaker, and gadget you own — all physics
Renewable energy — solar panels, wind turbines, nuclear power
Sports science — forces, projectiles, and why a curved free kick curves
Space exploration — getting to Mars is just a really big physics problem

Did you know?

If you could fold a piece of paper 42 times, it would reach the moon.

Light from the Sun takes about 8 minutes to reach Earth. You're always seeing the Sun in the past.

A teaspoon of a neutron star would weigh about 6 billion tonnes.

GPS satellites have to account for Einstein's relativity or your maps would drift by 10 km a day.
